More countries due to the island nations and such, includes a fair amount of unrecognized nations as well (Transnistria, Abkhanzia etc). Focuses more on the war side of things, and most major nations have huge focus trees, along with lesser-known nations such as Ethiopia which also have custom focuses. The generic focus trees also make small nations playable without making them OP, adding factories and resources etc.MD4: Personally, it doesn't at all feel like Hoi4.

The mod is based far more around trade and economy, has a more in-depth politic system however focuses very little on ideology and war. I kind of dislike the mod's ideology choices, as it over-glorifies the Western nations and classes Russia in the same group/ideology as Uganda which personally makes no sense to me. However, I'm not saying that won't change in the future as MD4 is very early development while Millennium Dawn has been out for around 6+ months now. There are is no ideology system in MD4 and instead we have chosen to use outlooks. The idea behind changing ideologies to outlooks is that since there isn't much ideological battles between countries, it does not make sense to have ideological leanings such as 'liberal' and 'conservative' or 'left-wing'. Most of these countries get along very fine. At the same time there are countries with the same ideological leanings that hate each other! So instead country ideologies are grouped after their world outlook. An example is Communist Vietnam disliking Communist China but liking the USA.

How to replace o-ring in hydraulic coupler replacement. In the 21st century countries don't limit cooperation due to ideology but on mutual interest.Edit: The system will make more sense in time when the right mechanics are put in place and you'll see it's much more like the cold war. You band with the emerging powers, existing western world order or stay neutral (ignoring the other minor ideologies).
